New ITIL Qualifications from Harvard Training

Are you up to date with the latest information on IT Service Management?

Resistance to change is often discussed during ITIL® IT Service Management courses, but one year ago ITIL itself was changing.

You may have wondered what would change, thought that ITIL v2 was ‘not broken’, or been suspicious about the new version of Best Practice.

In fact everything has changed: from the concept of the Service Lifecycle, to the breadth of topics covered in the core of ITIL; from the branding to the qualifications structure. However, despite all of this change, most of v2 has remained intact: providing evolution, not revolution.
